1. Services
Madison Construction NYC Corp provides residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to roof installation, repair, inspection, maintenance, chimney work, gutter installation, and masonry services in the New York City and Greater New York area.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the work. Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has proper access to the property on the scheduled date. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Failure to make timely payment may result in work stoppage and additional fees. We accept various payment methods as agreed upon at the time of contract signing.
5. Warranty
Madison Construction NYC Corp stands behind our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your written contract. Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by extreme weather events occurring after project completion, or issues arising from work performed by other contractors.
7. Insurance
Madison Construction NYC Corp is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
